Founder & Podcast Host
A Burundian woman who has lived in the United States since the age of three, yet has always remained deeply connected to her roots.
Growing up in America, Rachelle had the privilege of staying tied to Burundian culture through language, community, family, and the values that shaped her. Burundi has always been more than a homeland; it is the foundation of her character, her worldview, and her sense of purpose.
For years, she dreamed of building a space for East African girls and women, a place for emotional connection, storytelling, and identity. Girl, Who Are You is the realization of that dream: a platform that blends creative expression with intentional conversations, all grounded in heritage and community.
